Actually, it's too late for that.   Our grandchildren are going to be paying the price for our inaction on this crucial environmental challenge.  But we can still start doing our part and help our grandchildren and their grandchildren.  Some native american tribes and other indigenous peoples always considered land use impact for seven generations when significant changes were being considered.  Click on the picture to the left for more about that.  

And we really ought to call it global climate change.   Global warming suggests we can throw out the insulated boots, and I don't think it's going to work like that.  You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows.   There is some possibility that we will see abrupt climate changes.  Some models indicate the United States will be much warmer, but our friends in Ireland, England and on the Continent might get a little chilly.   Maybe we ship our insulated boots to the EU?
